On the occasion of celebrating the Constitution Day of the Republic of India, Professor Dragana Mitrovic, head of IAS, as an invited speaker, participated in a seminar organised by the Embassy of the Republic of India in Belgrade on November 26, 2019. Professor Mitrovic lectured on the following topic: “Indian Constitution and Democracy”.
