As an invited speaker, Professor Dragana Mitrovic, the head of IAS, participated in the international conference: Sources, Tools and Impact of External Non-EU Engagement in South Eastern Europe – China. Professor Mitrovic gave a speech in the opening panel, which tackled the issue: Understanding the Belt and Road Initiative in SEE: Origins, Objectives, Means of Implementation. The Conference was organised by the South East Europe Association from Munich but took place in Berlin on November 25-27th, 2019.
